Description:
The Ohio Army National Guard needed a hangar and operations base for a fixed wing C-26 aircraft located at Rickenbacker Ai Force Base. The hangar required 7,000 sq. ft. to house the aircraft and an additional 2,500 sq. ft. for a 2-story administrative area. The first floor is used for flight planning, operations area, kitchen, VIP lounge, general maintenance offices and bathrooms. The second story is used for training area, officers' and enlisted locker rooms/shower areas, exercise room, break room, and the mechanical room.
