BlueScope Construction initiated Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) on the Federal Supply Schedule in the early 1990's as a materals supply contract with a Butler Manufacturing Company agreement. Now, as the construction division of BlueScope Steel, we still offer "Butler Buildings" along with Site Prep and Installation and Ancillary Services to all federal agencies.
